Service Area

Our normal operating area is Kosciusko and Whitley Counties in Indiana along with the surrounding counties. However, appointments outside this area are often available at no extra fee or with a small fuel surcharge. Note that our licensing and insurance does not allow us to operate outside of Indiana.

Pricing

Pricing for a home inspection varies based on several factors, but in most cases will be very close the the estimated prices listed here; yes, we know that a lot of our competitors won't show you any pricing information up front, but we want to be on the up and up with you starting now.
